Accommodation and board
Each group and orchestra including the conductor, accompanying people and bus drivers shall pay their travel expenses, expenses on accommodation and food by itself.
For organisational and logistic reasons is not possible for the groups to book hotel by theirselves. Payment for accommodation must be paid directly to the Festival organisation by bank transfer.
